  1. One of the very interesting point made here is diminishing role of Ad Exchanges with rise of Advertiser – (ATD) – DSP – SSP route. I am not quiet clear on how Ad Exchanges lose their value as my understanding was the any bidding / auction was to happen at Ad Exchange level. Thus having a very prominent role in the whole ecosystem.
